At Mitali Wadhwa, each piece is hand made with love as per client measurements. We don’t mass produce, hence we do not exchange or refund on orders placed.
We are happy to provide alterations (if need be) at no extra cost.
Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of it being placed. The refund is processed within 3-4 working days, through the same mode of payment.
